With our managed I.T. you can rest easy knowing all of your needs will be met. We offer annual support contracts for low flat rate fees. What is included in our I.T. management contracts?

  • IBS will maintain all servers. (Updates, Patches, Firmware, etc.)

  • IBS will repair all computers and servers.

  • IBS will maintain, repair, and service all routers, switches, firewalls, hubs, monitors, and networks.

  • IBS will provide unlimited remote desktop support Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5 PM.

  • IBS will provide unlimited on-site support Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. (Travel restrictions may apply)

  • IBS will provide complimentary consulting services to help the customer improve technology and or cost-saving measures.

  • IBS will not be onsite unless contacted for support or checkup.

  • IBS will occasionally “pop-in” to check on servers for potential problems and system errors.

  • IBS will provide same-day support when possible. Calls after 3 PM HST may be next-day response.


Since Integrated Business Solutions is not your “I.T. GUY” on salary at your company we aim to please and be helpful. This guarantees you the customer will be happy with our service and you may consider renewing after your one-year agreement expires.
